How to Open A Coffee Shop within A Month?

The moment the door was pushed open, the wind, carrying the burnt aroma of the latte, rushed over. The suspended glass decorations on the ceiling swayed gently with the ventilation. The texture of the fan-shaped decorative wall shone with a warm light under the spotlights. The light green cushions of the chairs leaned against the round dining table, and even the croissants in the display cabinet were...

  2. Why Is This Pink-Themed Café So Popular This Year?

Why Is This Pink-Themed Café So Popular This Year?

Many people's stereotype of pink coffee shops is "cheap and sweet", but the smart thing about BLUSH BREW is to make "pink" into a "sense of layering". Look at the walls in the store. They are not a single shade of pink at all: the entrance is a soft-padded corrugated wall in soft mist pink, which feels like a velvet texture when touched and gives off a faint luster when illuminated. Further inside...

5 Steps for Designing a Warm-toned Coffee Shop

The moment you push open the door of this coffee shop named "NOSTALGIA", you are immediately enveloped in a "gentle" atmosphere - not the kind of deliberately made-up warm light that is popular on social media, but rather a "just-right warmth" that permeates from the walls, tables and chairs to the lighting. Looking through the photos I took when I came back, I suddenly felt that its design was exactly...

  7. Blush Pink Curved Sofa Chairs – Minimalist Cafe Interiors

Blush Pink Curved Sofa Chairs – Minimalist Cafe Interiors

The bar counter's pink is immediately captivating—not a flashy, overt pink, but rather a gentle, spreading hue like the first hues of dawn's twilight. The matte tile surface, with a subtle sheen, echoes the overall space. The countertop's gently curved edges subtly soften any sharpness, creating a feeling of intimacy even upon contact. The light beige stone of the work area subtly demarcates the barista's workspace. You might not immediately notice the subtle slopes and recessed slots for drainage hidden within—all functional details are gently enveloped in this desaturated, gentle atmosphere. The background shelves are left blank, like pauses in a poem, allowing the displayed utensils and beans to breathe freely.

The L-shaped layout subtly defines the distance between the barista and the customer. One side is open, like a small stage, where every movement of the barista, from brewing to latte art, becomes a flowing scene within the space. On the other side, a grid partition provides a subtle veil, where machines and tools are each in their proper places, creating a bustling yet uncluttered atmosphere. The metal lettering "BLUSH BREW" sits quietly on the curved back wall, forming a gentle vertical axis with the circular clock above. More than just a symbol, it serves as an anchor for the entire space, firmly anchoring all visual points. Here, coffee making is no longer simply a functional operation; it becomes a gentle performance, connecting people and space, function and beauty.

    Pink cute theme design

When many people think of pink, their first thought is sweet or playful. However, there's a pink that knows how to blend in more subtly: blush pink. Unlike traditional pink, it possesses a hazy gray hue, like a blush gently rubbed into the skin. Unassuming yet assertive, this color possesses a presence. The beauty of this color lies in its ability to neither appear childish nor gaudy, enveloping the entire space with a gentle, almost breathtaking quality.

When sunlight streams in through the window and falls on the blush-pink walls, it seems to be gently captured and softly diffused. Paired with white or light wood furniture, the atmosphere instantly brightens, creating a relaxed, homey atmosphere with the refined sophistication expected of a café. It feels neither too formal nor too casual; everything strikes a perfect balance.

    Curves design idea

The most endearing feature of the shop is undoubtedly the curved sofas and chairs. Unlike the sharp angles of rectilinear furniture, they use smooth curves to gently delineate seating areas. The moment you sit down, your body feels gently embraced—the curved backrests quietly support your back, inviting you to linger a little longer.

These curves aren't just aesthetically pleasing; they subtly influence interaction. The combination of the sofa and the round table creates a small, semi-open area, offering both quiet solitude and the perfect amount of intimacy for those chatting side by side. Sitting here, your eyes naturally meet those across from you, and perhaps conversation begins right there.

    Open design idea

The coffee shop lacks rigid walls, but rather is naturally divided into functional areas through the arrangement of the furniture. The L-shaped bar counter clearly defines the work area while also allowing for interaction between the barista and guests. Sofas are arranged in groups of three or five, some clustered together for conversation, others more spaced out for those seeking solitude.

Parallel linear lights arranged on the ceiling subtly create visual depth, while subtle curved elements on the walls—such as arches and ripples—soften the regularity of the light lines. Together, they define the space, maintaining an open and free feel while also creating a subtle sense of order.

    LED light design

Here, light is never overbearing, yet pervasive. Pink light strips embedded in the ceiling trace the space's contours like brushstrokes, their warmth and softness, not glaring yet bright enough to illuminate the entire scene. Spherical pendant lights dangling above each seating group resemble gentle little planets, casting a subtle glow for intimate moments.

Interestingly, the brightness and darkness of different areas are carefully balanced. The bar, bright and efficient, serves as the visual centerpiece of the space; the seating area, dimly lit, is more suitable for relaxation. As evening falls, the light strips and pendant lights interweave to create rich layers of light and shadow, transforming the space from bright to tranquil, embracing the transition from daytime work to evening drinks...
