Classification of paint finish

1) High gloss paint

High-gloss paint actually refers to a surface drying process. Its gloss can reach more than 95%, and it has a mirror-like feeling. At the same time, because of the good sealing effect, it is relatively waterproof and moisture-proof and not easy to deform.

2) Matte paint

Matte baking paint is generally made of varnish, mixed with an appropriate amount of matting agent and auxiliary materials, usually semi-matte (gloss 40%~60%) and full-matte (gloss less than 30%). The matte baking paint cabinet under the natural light and warm light is almost non-reflective. It has a more advanced and stain-resistant effect than high-gloss paint.

3) UV paint

UV paint board is a high-brightness board that is coated with UV paint by roller and then treated with ultraviolet rays. The general UV baking paint board has metal edging, the paint film is full and does not fade, and the environmental protection coefficient is relatively high.

4) Piano paint

The difference between it and other baking paint processes is that it has a very thick primer and a more complicated processing process. Its hardness, gloss, and stability are higher than other paints, and it is mostly used in the customization of high-end products. The disadvantage is that the price is too high.

5) Metal paint

Metal baking paint is divided into two types: water-based and oil-based. Its paint film is tough and has strong adhesion, strong UV resistance and corrosion resistance, and long service life.

1. If there are scratches, you can go to the building materials store to buy a small can of spray paint, first use gypsum powder to fill up the wound, and then spray the same color white paint after it is dry.
2. Prevent acid and alkali corrosion: The acid and alkali resistance of paint on the surface of lacquered furniture is generally not very good. In the process of use, acid and alkaline substances should be avoided to contact the surface of the lacquered door panel, so as not to corrode the paint film of the door panel. If you accidentally spill soy sauce and vinegar on the surface of the door panel during use, wipe it with a clean cotton cloth and a little water in time.
3. Prevent direct sunlight: The paint film of the varnished door panel will change color due to high temperature, so you should try to avoid direct sunlight on the door panel during use. If the window sunlight can enter directly, it is recommended to do some shielding on the window. Do not wipe the stains on the varnished furniture with solvents such as alcohol and gasoline to prevent damage to the color and luster of the paint film of the varnished furniture.
4. Cleaning: It is difficult to avoid oil fume in the kitchen. When the surface of the painted door panel has oil fume and oil stains, it can be wiped with detergent.
