Retail RMU

The main size of this design is 3*2m. It is different from our ordinary kiosk because this customer can choose at will. Sellers can provide services outside, and customers can directly pay when they choose their favorite products.

The main material of the RMU is MDF, and the surface we use the veneer. For the top of the display counter, we will use blue as the baking paint. There are three sides to display the goods and one side takes it as the cashier desk. You can see the top that has lights to decorate the RMU. The bottom of the top shelf has many spotlights to display the products. Next, you will see there are two shelves to display the goods. The bottom of the RMU includes the display area and the storage cabinet area. On the top of the cashier, it has a glass board to avoid the goods dropping.

In order to make the RMU more unique, we also can add the semi-rounded to display the goods. There are two shelves that can display the goods.

Production Process

• We need to cut the wooden board according to the construction drawings firstly. Then assemble it into the wooden cabinet.
• If the RMU has the veneer, we need to stick the veneer.
• After that, we need to polish the surface to make the surface more smooth.
• The next step is to do the primers and baking paint.
• The final step is to install the light strip, drawers, locks, cabinets, and some accessories.

Package

The package includes the interior package and outer package.

• In the interior package, we use EPE foam to pack the edge and corner of the display stands.
• In the outside package, we use the MDF to build the wooden box.
