1. How to make the design effective?
A: If you have a final design please provide us the design documents and we will exactly build as your data.
B: If you don't have a final design, that is ok, just provide us the similar pictures you have and our designer makes a scheme as your detail requests.
C: If you don't have a final design with either similar pictures, don't worry, we will provide you some suggestions to choose and we are sure that we can provide you the best service.
2. What is "Design Fee"?
- "Design Fee" is prepaid before we start designing as your customized request. It is usually $200-$500 according to the SIZE
3. How to know the production process?
- Our people always keep eyes on the order and we take pictures every day so it is a daily record for your order. If you want to know your order production details you can ask photos from our people and we work 24 hours for you.
4. How is the payment?
- 50% deposit advance and then we start arranging production. We accept payment through T/T, Paypal, Western Union, and Money Gram.
5. How is the shipment?
- Usually 2-3 days before we finish the production we will inform you to arrange the rest 50% payment and we will arrange the shipment after we receive the money.
6. How about vessel booking?
- Usually, we don't book a vessel for you because of our "EXW"&"FOB". But if you really need us a booking vessel for you we are pleased to serve you wholeheartedly but you should pay the fees.
