Description of the Display Stand
The shape of the cosmetic cabinet is very special. It is in the shape of a cup, which makes the display case more prominent. The display cabinet is divided into two areas, the upper part is the advertising area, and the lower part is the display area.
The upper part is the lightbox, you can put your favorite poster on it. The lower part is the area where the products are displayed. There are five levels of display areas. Posters are also attached to the sides of the display stand.
Production Process
We will do the wooden cabinet according to the drawings firstly. The wooden cabinet is made of some wood board. Then we will polish the surface to make it more smooth. The next step is to do the primers and the baking paint. The final step is to do the light strip, lightbox, logo and etc.
Package:
There are 2 packages which are the outer package and the inner package. We use the EPE foam to pack the edge and corner of the display stand, then fixed with film. We use the MDF to build the outer package. Then put the inner package into the outer package, final step is to seal with nails.
