1.  Sink

The size of the sink can be customized, it usually has one sink, some customers will have two because it is convenient for two staff to operate at the same time, which greatly improves the efficiency of operation and production. The sink can be designed anywhere in the room temperature cabinet, but if it is a refrigerated cabinet, it will be designed at the compressor part, which means saving the storage space of the cabinet and making the best use of everything.

2.  Ice storage tank

The size of the ice tank can also be customized, this is optional. The function of the ice tank is to move the ice in the ice maker to the countertop for storage, which is convenient for operating the ice. The ice tank itself is made of thickened foam material, so it can play the role of heat preservation, and the heat preservation time is about 12 hours.

3.  Ordinary faucet

The ordinary faucet is matched with the sink. Mainly used for cleaning various utensils and cups.

4.  Water purification faucet

This faucet is connected to the bubble tea shop equipment-water purifier, and the water that comes out directly meets the standard of direct drinking water. It is mainly used for producing direct drinking water.

5.  Display Shelf

The shape and size of the shelf can be customized. The shelf is mainly used to place small equipment in the milk tea shop: such as a water boiler, sealing machine, tea extractor, smoothie machine, fructose dosing machine, and bubble tea insulation bucket. It can also be placed with various small equipment: such as an egg beater, spoon, and knife. On the shelf, there can also be a sugar press bottle slot, a fraction box slot, etc., and salad boxes.

6.  Refrigeration function

If the storefront space is small, the bar counter at room temperature can be customized into a refrigerated cabinet, so that it is much more convenient to pick up and place fresh ingredients during operation. The food at room temperature can be transferred to the cabinet on the front bar counter. In addition to the refrigerating function, the freezing function and dual temperature function can also be added. If there are snacks in the store, you can customize the dual temperature function configuration.

 

7.  Cup Washer

This configuration is mainly used to quickly clean the inner bottom of the cup. If some cups are too deep and the traffic is heavy, this configuration is very practical.

8.  Cup divider

The cup divider mentioned here is made on the bar counter, mainly used to separate the cups and take them one by one. Some stores will place a plastic cup-dispensing rack directly on the countertop, but if some people need more countertops to operate the product or have high requirements for the clean image of the store, this plastic cup-dispensing rack cannot meet the requirements. Therefore, choosing the cup divider of this kind of cabinet will save more space on the countertop and improve the image of the store.

9.  Topping

It is mainly used to store various fruit powders, fruit granules, fruit slices, or other toppings, which is convenient and quick to operate. There are 5 sizes of topping containers, from 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/6, and 1/9 specifications, from large to small volumes. Some fraction boxes will be placed on the shelf (slots for fraction boxes), and some are designed with slots on the cold countertop. The shelves are mainly used to store ingredients at room temperature, and the cold counters are mainly used to store ingredients that need to be kept fresh.

10.  Trash

The trash can mentioned here is directly integrated with the bar. It is divided into two types: oblique pull and straight pull. Such a design not only makes it convenient for the staff to throw away garbage but also the entire storefront bar will look beautiful and atmospheric. You can also choose to configure your own plastic trash can next to the bar.

Material of Water Bar

The water bar belongs to a relatively humid environment, and many people choose stainless steel. However, stainless steel is divided into many types. Generally, 304 or better stainless steel is used for places in contact with food, such as sinks and ice tanks, etc. 304 is of better quality and is not suitable for corrosion, rust, and electrolysis, thus ensuring hygiene during use. Other places can be matched with 201 or 202 stainless steel.
