This red brow bar kiosk is designed for a UK client. It is 3.4m by 3.2m, used red and black color. Whole kiosk looks very nice. It comes with 2 brow stations, one work station and a cash counter. The countertop used is white stone, it is easy clean and durable. Around mirror have white lights,under countertop have cabinets for storage. It is an open style with 3 entrances, customers can enter inside freely. Inside the kiosk added many green plants, these plants makes this kiosk looks like a garden. Material details
The main material used is high density MDF, surface finished by red and black baking paint finish. The paint surface is very glossy and bright. The countertop used white stone. The logo used acrylic. Toe kicker used is stainless steel to protect kiosk bottom.
Production progress and time
We have many customers need the kiosks urgently, they don’t understand why make the kiosks need so long. Here I want to explain in detail
- Prepare materails and cut wood
After received the drawing, the workers will follow drawing to cut wood to get materials prepared,this process need 1-2 work days
- Make wood body
Workers will follow drawing to fix the wood panels together to make wood body, this progress need 7-10 work days
- Paint surface
Before paint we will polish the surface, then do base paint 2 times. After base paint finish, we will do surface paint 3 times, this progress need about 7 work days.
- Assemble
After paint finished we will assemble the lights, electricity, logo, glass, hardware etc, this process need about 3-5 work days.
